COURSE MATERIALS
How do I get my Semesters Course Materials?
Answer:
You can order your books online either from the “Bookstore – Get/View Textbooks” link in your Student Center on Bronco Direct”, or by using the drop-down menus to look up your classes here: https://pomona.verbacompare.com. Web orders can be shipped to your address or picked up at our web order pick up window during posted hours.
We strongly encourage you to choose the digital/e-book versions of your materials wherever available.
Pay attention to the NOTE: section as that will let you know if the course is part of our Instant Access program.
Course Materials may also be purchased/rented in person at our pick-up counter for students who can’t pay online and those who have sponsored funding (ex: VA, Dept. of Rehab, Project Success, Completion Grant).
Please come prepared by looking up your required books/materials and compiling your booklist before you come by doing so our staff can pull your items efficiently.

REGALIA INFORMATION FOR STUDENTS
If I want to return my STUDENT Graduation Regalia, how long do I have to do so?
Answer:
Our policy is to provide a full refund up to the start of the first ceremony for all unopened items with a receipt.
Opened items or items not in original condition cannot be returned under any circumstances.
Is there a deadline to buy regalia?
Answer:
There is no deadline for regalia purchases, regalia can be purchased up until the start of the ceremony. We do highly recommend you buy your regalia as soon as you can to ensure we meet your needs. We advise you to save your receipt and keep items in their original condition so you can return items later if needed.

What delivery options are available?
Answer:
Online orders can be picked up at the store (choose in-store pickup) during operating hours (see www.BroncoBookstore.com/hours), or shipped to your off-campus address via USPS or UPS Ground Please note UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes.
**Please ensure your address is complete and correct before submitting orders! Missing apartment or unit numbers will cause shipments to be misdelivered or delayed.

What is the online ordering process and is it secure?
We offer secure online ordering through our encrypted order forms. Once you have added items in your basket, and are ready to checkout you will need to create an account. If you have already created an account with us, please log in. There is an option to reset your password if needed.
It is important that you create your account with an active email address, and for current students a @cpp.edu email address is HIGHLY recommended. We will send you a confirmation with your order number in an email to that address. (To insure deliver please add onlineorders@cpp.edu to your address book to prevent it being lost in your SPAM folder.)
You should give us your valid contact information take into account any moves you may have made since you initially created your account. After you log in, you will be taken to the page where you can enter in updated shipping or payment information.
You’ll receive your order number once you have submitted your order.
Concerned about using your credit card number online? You don’t need to be. Read our page on security .
We will notify you if we are out of stock on an item you order. Please supply us with a daytime phone number and email address (check it frequently) so that we may contact you if necessary. You will receive a call from a number you don’t know.

Answer: Either through surveys, ordering or email inquiries your e-mail address will not be given to any third party. You may occasionally receive order updates and promotional announcements from the Bronco Bookstore or Foundation affiliates. You will at all times have the option to opt-out from receiving any of these emails.

Answer: We individually verify the billing address of each credit card used in phone or online orders. This is done to provide added security and prevent risk of fraud. We ask for the billing address of your card and personally verify its authenticity. This makes a stolen card or number worthless to a thief who does not know your billing address.
